Financial services professional Mark Olsen earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Emory University Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia. While completing his studies, he participated in both the Finance Club and the Investment Management Club. Shortly after receiving his master’s degree in 2014, Mark Olsen joined an Atlanta branch of JP Morgan Private Bank, where he serves as a banker associate. He provides high-net-worth individuals and families throughout the Southeast region with wealth management advising in areas ranging from credit and investments to estate planning and fiduciary services.

Before enrolling at Emory, Mark Olsen worked for several years as a correspondence manager for former US Senator for Georgia Saxby Chambliss. In charge of an eight-member staff that composed correspondence in response to contacts from over 380,000 constituents, he introduced a process that reduced mail return time by 75%. He also wrote in-depth memoranda proposing voting positions on pending legislation involving such issues as transportation, foreign relations, and energy resources.

Mr. Olsen attended The Westminster Schools and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia. Remaining actively involved with the Westminster Schools, he helps promote alumni engagement and raise funds as a class representative for the Young Alumni Council. He also belongs to Peachtree Presbyterian Church and in his free time enjoys taking culinary courses with his wife, playing golf, working out, and taking time to bond with his young son.
